What we need to thrive

Following our Neurotribes conference in January, we are pleased to launch What we need to thrive, a document which aims to improve collaboration with neurodivergent composers written by composer Ben Lunn with the team at sound.

The document contains information on the day-to-day challenges facing neurodivergent composers and practical steps ensembles and promoters can take to enable greater inclusion and facilitate effective and supportive working relationships.
