Ligeti Quartet
Tonight we celebrate the life and work of experimental British composer Jonathan Harvey who sadly died towards the end of 2012. Harvey’s contributions to music are profound and hugely influential. The screening of Barrie Gavin’s new portrait film seeks to explore Harvey’s musical and philosophical world by means of a journey outward from his own thoughts and from his actual workroom.
