1.5 degrees is a new work for piano quartet and audio-visuals, created to raise awareness of the alarming rate of global warming.

The piece takes its title from The Paris Agreement which contains an international agreement to restrict rising temperatures to a difference of 1.5 degrees Celsius. The piece tells of the devastating floods, fires and droughts already happening, and warns of what may happen if global warming rises above 1.5 degrees.
