Eva Magdić Govedarica

Film student Eva Magdić Govedarica’s fascination with moving images occurred when her dad introduced her to the magical world of The Lord Of The Rings. Subsequently, she decided to become the next Peter Jackson. Over the past nine years Eva has been making short films both in Croatia and Scotland and participated in international film festivals as an author, volunteer and a jury member. She is currently studying BA Film at Edinburgh Napier University with a particular obsession for experimental filmmaking. Until the budget for the next Lord Of The Rings comes through Eva expects that reflections, distortions and surrealist plots is all her camera will be catching.
