Rylan Gleave features a selection of new music for voice and/or saxophone, exploring a variety of approaches to extended techniques.
With a mixture of composed works and improvisations, this soundcast features music by Shelley Washington, Jason Eckardt, Marcos Balter, John Butcher and Alex Temple, and performers/improvisers Jeffrey Leung, Stephanie Lamprea, Ryan Muncey, The Sissy-Eared Mollycoddles, Sofia Jernberg, Mette Rasmussen, Elaine Mitchener, Sonia Killmann and Rylan Gleave.
You will be able to interact during the session using the chat facility on Zoom to comment on the music as it is being played and join in a live discussion at the end.
