A programme of music from Canada, Iceland and Scotland. Icebergs et Soleil de minuit by Simon Martin pays homage to the distinguished Canadian painter Jean-Paul Riopelle. In 1977, after visiting the stark northern landscapes, Riopelle painted a black and white series entitled Icebergs, including Midnight Sun (Quartet in White). Moonbow by upcoming Icelandic composer, Gunnar Andreas Kristinsson, is the premiere of a new piece commissioned by the Bozzini Quartet.
