Ludic Inventions is a collaborative performance in which a piano, film, and live visuals are playfully explored in a continuous performance woven together in a sensitive and thought-provoking manner. Ludic Inventions makes connections, creates surprises, and also has fun along the way.
Taking the impetus from Colin Riley’s set of ten miniatures for piano, Ludic Inventions involves further development by the composer (electronics) working closely with Agnese Toniutti (piano, preparations, improvisation), Kristijonas Dirse (film) and Sabina Covarrubias (live video performance).
