Welcome to the 2013 sound festival!

Shortlisted in 2012 for an RPS Music Award, the 2013 sound festival brings you a varied programme of some of the best new music from across the UK and the world.

We open the festival with an exciting new work Framed Against The Sky which members of the local community have been helping create over the past few months. Between 24-27 Oct we will be exploring the colourful world of microtonal music with the University of Aberdeen. This year we also look at how sound and image interact and have some incredible audio/ visual treats for you to feast your ears and eyes upon. Join us at MUSA for our late night soundsessions as well where you can relax, have a drink and listen to something a bit different.
