Opportunity for singers to perform a new work at this year’s sound festival!
sound seeks local singers to join a specially formed community choir who will rehearse and perform a newly commissioned work by locally based composer, Dr Phillip Cooke, entitled By Reason of Darkness.
This new work is specifically designed to be performed outdoors and will open this year’s sound festival!
All levels of singing experience are welcome.
The work is scored for soprano/alto/baritone voices.
Rehearsals
Commencing Thursday 10 September 2015, weekly rehearsals will be held every Thursday evening, 7-9pm, at the MacRobert Building, University of Aberdeen.
