soundlab rehearsal Sun 20 Oct
sound invites musicians in the NE to come along to ‘soundlab‘, a newly formed contemporary music group led by clarinettist Joanna Nicholson. The group will be getting together for a rehearsal this Sunday in anticipation of a performance in Newton Dee on Sat 9 Nov during sound festival. These rehearsals will look at contemporary pieces some of which have been written on a whisky theme and improvisation – no experience necessary! Come along, make some new sounds and challenge your musical creativity!
