This concert showcases the power of music to express love, death and spirituality in a combination of baroque and contemporary music. The programme will include Schutz settings from "Song of Songs", complementing Errollyn Wallen's Comfort Me with Apples, a new work commissioned by the Dunedin Consort. J S Bach's Cantata No. 32 and works by Corelli and Schmelzer will close the programme.
