articulate animal
articulate animal is an Edinburgh-based company established by dance artist Sue Hawksley to facilitate creative practice and research focusing on the moving body, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary inquiry.
The company's first work, Carrier, was commissioned by citymoves Aberdeen and performed at Peacock Visual Arts in 2007. Blow up, an interactive installation made in collaboration with visual artist Simon Biggs, was shown at CCA Glasgow in 2008 as part of the New Media Scotland Alt-w group show.
