As part of Silver City Stories, an event bringing Aberdeen's History & Heritage to life between 26 June - 2 July, we've commissioned three short site-specific operas:
"The Mither Kirk" at St Nicholas Kirkyard (~15min)
"The King and His Shadow" at St Peter's Church Courtyard (~5-10 min)
"The Engine Room" at Footdee (Fittie) (~5-10 min)
The operas will be performed multiple times on Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 July. We're looking for friendly, responsible and reliable people to help us with crowd management and ushering duties at these three sites.
The operas will be performed 4-6 times on each day between 11am-6pm.
As the operas are short, you'll have plenty of time to check out what else is going on as part of the Silver City Stories over the weekend.
