Job Vacancy: Freelance p/t Festival Coordinator
The Festival Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and smooth running of the 2014 sound festival which takes place from the 23rd October to the 10th November.
The successful candidate will have a background in the arts sector, with experience coordinating and managing (music) events ideally within a festival setting, and an interest in contemporary music/culture. He/she will be a self-motivated individual, capable of working on their own initiative and able to think creatively as well as work as part of a team. We are looking for someone very well organised and flexible, with excellent project management skills, written/verbal communication skills and IT knowledge.
The post is an 11-12 week freelance post, with approximately two months part-time and the final month full time. Pay will be dependent on experience (between £3-4,000).
