This programme for viola and percussion celebrates the duo’s debut album TOTEMIC (2020) recently released to critical acclaim on the Ergodos label.
Ian Wilson’s TOTEMIC was co-commissioned by Belfast Music Society, New Music Dublin and sound, and will form part of this dynamic programme, including new works by Benedict Schlepper-Connolly and Kate Moore.
Individually, Nathan Sherman and Alex Petcu are esteemed exponents of new music, and together they formed a duo to explore and expand repertoire for the colourful combination of viola and percussion.
