Paul is a Professor of Composition at The University of Aberdeen, a world-renowned composer and Chair of the Arts Council of Wales.
Perhaps best known as the composer of "Ubi Caritas et Amor" for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine and "Wherever You Are", The Military Wives Song.
