Mimesis II: An exploration of the human voice
A sound journey of live beatboxing, voice manipulation and vocal sound design. Mimesis II explores the possibilities of the human voice in collaboration with technology. Singh’s performance will include vocal soundscapes inspired by nature, birdsong and abstract wildlife, Indian vocal percussion and bass, dub, jazz, hiphop, electronica and experimental music genres.
