Following the success of the Score! day for composers during sound 2006, we continue our collaboration with the Scottish Ensemble and the spnm with a pre-concert performance premiering two new pieces of work by participant composers at the Scottish Ensemble's February concert in Aberdeen.
The performance will take place at 6.30pm on 26th February 2007 in The Sanctuary, Queen's Cross Church, Aberdeen. The performance will last approximately 30 minutes and is free! The two featured composers are Halyna Ovcharenko and Philip Venables, and their pieces of music are titled Silence Wavered and Scio respectively. Full details are given here.
This performance precedes a concert by the Scottish Ensemble at 7.30pm including works by Elgar, Takemitsu and Ravel.
