Performance
Based in Ross-shire Scotland, Lucy Boyes is a performer, choreographer and Pilates teacher.
Lucy is originally from Aberdeen-shire and studied at The Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, graduating in 2007. Since she has worked with numerous companies and choreographers in the UK and Australia, most recently touring with Irish company Dead Centre’s, Lippy.
Lucy’s most recent choreographic work ‘The Past Inside The Present’, co-directed with Robbie Synge, toured Scotland in 2014 and was performed in the Lilian Baylis Theatre, Sadlers Wells. On-going works include The Corn Bunting in collaboration with Steinvor Palsson and David Maxwell and Sandglass, produced in collaboration with composer Thomas Butler, commissioned for Sound Scotland and Dance Live, Aberdeen, 2015.
