Composers' Day: composing for viola and community musicians

  • Workshop

This year’s composers’ day focuses on writing for our endangered instrument, the viola, and for community groups. It is an opportunity for all composers to improve their skills, develop new ideas and hear tips from leading professionals.

The day will feature talks by composers Sally Beamish and John De Simone and viola player/composer Garth Knox.
