Chandra Chapman
Chandra Chapman is a musician currently studying at the University of Aberdeen. She is interested in working in different participatory ways with as many different groups and communities as possible. As a cellist she has played with the Creative Youth Ensemble run by the BCMG and has more recently assisted in the Banded About project composing pieces with primary school children for performances in Birmingham Town Hall and CBSO centre. She is also interested in new and contemporary music including working with technology and recordings. She has played in the Semaphonic Synthesizer Orchestra at Sonic arts Network's Expo in Plymouth. She is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to perform and compose music with others.
