To celebrate both their 20th anniversary and their 10th season of concert-giving in the Music Hall, Aberdeen Sinfonietta will perform two of the greatest and best-loved works in the orchestral repertoire - Elgar's Cello Concerto, with the brilliant soloist Rohan de Saram, and Tchaikovsky's passionate Fourth Symphony. The programme opens with John Hearne's atmospheric overture Into uncharted seas.
