As part of a project in aid of UNICEF, Robert Irvine asked many composers to write small works for solo cello on the theme “children and their suffering in the world”. These works have been recorded for CD release by Delphian Records and we hear them in the intimate setting of Migvie Church alongside Bach's G major suite.
